When I first started writing with more intention, I really had very little idea what I was doing. I knew God was calling me to give a voice to the thoughts He was putting on my heart, but beyond that, I didn’t have the faintest clue how and where to begin. Getting my words ‘out there’ seemed like an impossible goal and even now, with a few more published articles and devotions under my belt, I still have so much to learn moving forward.
But, as I’ve gained more experience in both writing and editing—and a broader understanding of how the editorial process works behind the scenes—I wanted to create this little space specifically for my fellow writers and creatives. Here I’ll do my best to share tips and tricks to help strengthen your writing and increase your potential for being published, as well as articles and resources to encourage and support you wherever you are on the writing journey. It is my hope that by joining me here in this little corner, you will perhaps leave feeling a little more inspired and a lot less alone.
